Join Ashley's Group Zoom Calls!

Wednesdays and Sundays 7pm-7:30pm

ZoomIn light of the changing landscape and what that can look and feel like emotionally, mentally, spiritually (and of course physically), I am offering two wellness sessions per week.
  • 30 minute sessions to come together and talk about our challenges, our victories and our experience at this time.
  • Questions and topic requests submitted by the community will help to guide the topics of each session.  
  • Meditations, Reflections, Intentions in a positive and supportive space.

Each week I will speak to any questions or comments that you can submit by email for topics you’d like covered.  

For example, you may be dealing with anxiety or depression and wondering how to better cope.  You might not be sure what to do with all this new time you have, or you may be noticing changes within you and we can talk about that.  

I will have some meditation techniques or quotes for you to consider at this time.  Perhaps, listening a little deeper to set an intention at this time.    

This is a platform for you to come as you are, in a respectful community space to convene, reflect and then return stronger, more equipped or perhaps even softer into our lives.  

I believe that these challenges are opportunities if we choose to see them that way.
